My program of research focuses on three general areas of inquiry – leadership and organizational culture, work-family conflict, and individual differences. An overarching theme in my research is attention to both the situational and individual difference aspects that influence behavior in organizations. As such, I teach a variety of courses that overlap with these research interests.
