Adrian Thomas received his Ph.D. from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1997. While he has over forty publications in peer reviewed journals such as Personnel Psychology, Assessment, Educational and Psychological Measurement and International Journal of Selection and Assessment his current main areas of interest include workers with disabilities, selection and testing, personality and faking, and meta analysis/validity generalization.
